RESOLUTION NO. 11-1 9
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENTS TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY ON CENTER STREET OWNED BY BOB
HALL TO CONSTRUCT A CONTINUING EDUCATION CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute an option with Bob Hall, as optionor,
and the City of Fayetteville and the Fayetteville Housing Authority
as optionees, to purchase the property owned by Bob Hall on
Center Street for a total purchase price of $47,250.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute an agreement with the Fayetteville Housing
Authority pursuant to which the City of Fayetteville agrees to
pay the difference between the option price ($47,250.00) for the
purchase of the property described in Section 1 above, and the
amount tendered into Court in. the Emminent domain proceding
filed by the Fayetteville Housing Authority to condemn said
property` g
