RESOLUTION NO. I/7 -r%,
A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED
FAYETTEVILLE BYPASS-MCKISIC CREEK FOUR LAND DIVIDED
CONTROLLED ACCESS FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation
Department has prepared proposed design plans and an environ-
mental impact statement for a proposed Fayetteville Bypass-
McKisic Creek Four Lane Divided Controlled Access Facility;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville
has determined that there is a great need for construction of
said proposed facilities; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville
strongly supports construction of said facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors strongly supports
construction of the proposed Fayetteville Bypass-McKisic Creek
Four Lane Divided Controlled Access Facility, Job No. 1445.
