A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A UTILITY EASEMENT TO SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE
COMPANY ACROSS THE NORTH AND WEST BOUNDARY LINES OF WALKER
PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the utility easement attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. } �

does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to all public
utility companies, including cable television companies,
providing public utility service, and cable television service,

That the undersigned grantor for the consideration of

e Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration

in the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
P.the grantees, a perpetual easement for the purpose of con-
i
structing, maintaining, repairing and replacing public
utilities lines, including cable television lines and appurtenances,
to -wit;
Beginning at a point at the southeast corner of Lot 5
Block H of the Archibald Yell subdivision; thence in a
southerly direction 907.4' along the west right-of-way
of South Block; thence 20' in a westerly direction
along the north right-of-way of Eleventh Street;
thence in a northerly direction parallel to the west
right-of-way of South Block for a distance of 907.4'
to the south property line of the aforesaid Lot 5;
thence in an easterly direction along the south
property line of the aforesaid Lot 5 to the point of
beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises to said grantees,
all public utility companies, including cable television
companies, for the uses and purposes hereinbefore described.
