A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF
CITY OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF SOUTH BLOCK AVENUE,
SOUTH OF SEVENTH STREET AND ADJACENT ON THE SOUTH SIDE
TO 11TH STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:

That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the general utility easement attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

That the undersigned grantor

to it in hand paid by the Southwestern Bell Telephone
Company, the grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
doES hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to said grantee,
a perpetual easement for the purpose of constructing, maintaining,
repairing and replacing telephone lines and appurtenances,
to -wit:
20 feet of equal and uniform width along the
North property line of Walker Park from the west
right of way of South Block Avenue to the Northwest
corner of Walker Park; thence in a southerly direction
along the west boundary of Walker Park to the North
right of way line of 15th Street.
