BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: That -the Board of Directors hereby ratifies and approves the action of the City Manager in approving change orders in the City's contract for construction of a new terminal building at Drake Field which change orders are reflected in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
