RESOLUTION NO. (04-19
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE CHANGE ORDERS IN THE CITY'S CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS
WITH MC CLINTON-ANCHOR, INC. AND JERRY D. SWEETSER,
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a change order in the
City's contract with McClinton -Anchor, Inc. for construction
of improvements at Drake Field. A copy of the change order
authorized hereby is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a change order in the
City's contract with Jerry D. Sweetser, Inc. for construction
of improvements at Drake Field. A copy of the change order
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "B" and made a part herof. /�"'
