RESOLUTION NO. 9-17
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO FILE AN APPLICATION WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR 1979 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby? authorized and directed to file
an application with the Department of Housing and Urban Development for
1979 Community Development block grant funds authorized under public law
93-383 with such funds to be used to implement the Community Development
Block Grant Program for the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and to act
in connection with the application and to provide such additional infor-
mation as maybe required,
