A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE APPRECIATION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO DIRECTOR
"AL" HUGHES FOR HIS SERVICE ON THE CITY BOARD.
WHEREAS, Director "Al" Hughes has served on the Fayetteville City Board
of Directors for the past four years; and
WHEREAS, as a result of his unflagging devotion to his duty as an elected
representative of the people, and his positive contributions to the welfare of
the citizens of the community, his fellow Directors view his leaving the City
Board with regret and sadness;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Directors, as evidenced by their individual signatures
affixed below, do hereby express their deep, sincere, and lasting appreciation
to City Director "Al" Hughes for his many contributions to the benefit of the
citizens of Fayetteville
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 19TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1978.
