A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A UTILITY EASEMENT TO ALL PUBLIC UTILITY COMPANIES
PROVIDING SERVICE IN THE CITY FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE FAYETTEVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor, City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the utility easement attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

That the undersigned grantor for the consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to it in hand paid by grantees, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and
convey to all public utility companies (including cable
television companies) providing utility service (including
cable television service) within the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, the following described perpetual easement for
the purpose of constructing, maintaining, repairing and
replacing public utility lines, (including cable television
lines) and appurtenances, to -wit:
A part of Section 26, Township 16 North, Range 30 West,
Washington County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at a point which is South 2569.42
feet and East 1364.60 feet from the Northwest corner of
said Section 26, said point being on the East right-of-
way of Armstrong Avenue; thence S 88° 52' E 1734.97
feet; thence S 1° 9' W 50.00 feet; thence N 88° 52' W
1735.09 feet to the said East right-of-way; thence N 1°
17' E 50.00 feet along said east right-of-way to the
point of beginning, containing 1.99 acres, more or
less.
Also
A part of Section 26, Township 16 North, Range 30 West,
Washington County, Araknsas, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at a point which is South 2674.43
feet and East 1768.43 feet from the Northwest corner of
said Section 26; thence S 2° 46' E 600.00 feet; thence
S 88° 52" E 25.06 feet; thence N 2° 46' W 600.00 feet;
thence N 88° 52' W 25.06 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.34 acres, more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises to said grantees,
for the uses and purposes hereinabove described.
