A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
OWNED BY DAVID M. McWETHY AND PEGGY FRIZZELL TO THE C17

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby accepts the
annexation to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, of the following
described property owned by David M. McWethy and Peggy Frizzell:
Part of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southwest
quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 18, Township 17 North, Range
29 West, and being more particularly described as follows,
to -wit: Beginning at a point which is North 89° 43'
East 660.0 feet from the Southwest corner of the afore-
said forty acre tract; thence North 89° 43' East 330.0
feet; thence North 0° 24' West 695.84 feet; thence
South 23° 47' 08" West 117.30 feet; thence South 41°
27' West 142.97 feet; thence South 72° 42' 43" West
194.97 feet; thence South 0° 24' East 425.02 feet to
the point of beginning and containing 3.83 acres more
or less and including 0.19 acres which is in Road
Right of Way.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a
copy of this Resolution in the Office of the County Clerk of
Washington County, Arkansas.
