A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HOUSING ASSISTANCE COORDINATOR OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TO SIGN NECESSARY APPLICATIONS,
AUTHORIZATIONS, AND DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH REHABILITATION LOANS.
WHEREAS, it is necessary from time to time to sign certain applica-
tions, authorizations, and documents in connection with rehabilitation
loans granted under Section 312 of the Housing Act of 1964.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Housing Assistance Coordinator of the Community Development
and Housing Department of the City of Fayetteville is hereby authorized
to execute necessary applications, authorizations, and documents in con-
nection with rehabilitation loans under Section 312 of the Housing Act
of 1964.
