A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED ON OKLAHOMA WAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the sale of that property located on Oklahoma Way and described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof to Robert
C. Welch, at a sale price of $3,645.00.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
the sale of that property located on Oklahoma Way and described
in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof to Thomas
W. Bowen at a sale price of $7,600.00.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute all documents necessary to accomplish the
sales authorized by Sections 1 and 2 hereof.
