RESOLUTION NO.34I 7P
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH YOUNG, HADAWI, DE SHAZO, INC. FOR
A PARKING DEMAND ANALYSIS AND FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A PARKING GARAGE IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD. OF DIRECTORS OF. THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with Young, Hadawi and,De Shazo, Inc.
for a parking demand analysis and feasibility study for the
construction of a parking gagage in the central business district.
A copy of said agreement, marked Exhibit "A", isattached hereto
and made a part hereof.
