A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FAIR HOUSING STANDARDS
AND NON-DISCRIMINATORY HOUSING POLICIES FOR
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Fayetteville Board of Directors is
desirous of adopting Fair Housing Standards and a Non -
Discriminatory Housing Policy for the City in order to promulgate
equal justice under the law; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it necessary to place
of record its Resolution setting forth said intent and policy
so as to officially inform the people of Fayetteville of its
position and policy in this regard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE that in order to eliminate
discrimination in public housing it shall be the policy of the
City of Fayetteville to insure that all public housing owned
or operated by and under the direct supervision of the City
and its Board of Directors shall be made available to all
applicants without regard to color, sex, religion or
national origin.
