A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE MINIMUM OWNERSHIP AND RESIDENCY CRITERIA
FOR A SEWER TAP AT A RESIDENCE OWNED BY MRS. GLADYS DANNER AT 1080
BALDWIN AVENUE.
Be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas:
That the minimum Community Development ownership and residency
criteria for sewer taps is hereby waived for. a residence owned
by Mrs. Gladys Danner at 1080 Baldwin Avenue so that a sewer tap may
be made before Baldwin Avenue is paved,fJthereby avoiding a street cut.
