A RESOLUTION AWARDING WILSON KIMBROUGH THE BID AS
PROJECT DIRECTOR FOR A JOB ANALYSIS STUDY FOR ENTRY LEVEL
POLICE OFFICERS AND FIREFIGHTERS...
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That Wilson Kimbrough is hereby awarded the bid as
project director for the project entitled Job Analysis Study
for Entry Level Police Officers and Firefighters in accordance
with with the bid proposal marked Exhibit 'A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

Dear Mr. Mackey:
In accordance with the bid proposal request issued by your office,
I submit my bid as project director for the project entitled, "Job
Analysis Study for Entry Level Police Officers and Firefighters." The
details of my bid are the same as those shown in the IPA grant applica-
tion submitted to and approvedby the Arkansas Department of Local Services.
The summary cost figures from the approved grant are as follows:
Contractual
Project director $ 4,400.00
Assistant to project director 1,500.00
Consultation 200.00
Supplies 200.00
Personnel (In-kind Services) 2,700.00
TOTAL $ 9,000.00
I have read and do understand the bid information included in the
request for proposals sent to me by you. I propose to follow the pro-
cedures shown in the grant application. Having designed those procedures
for the grant proposal, I again endorse them as useful to the City of
Fayetteville. I understand and will comply with the provisions of the
grant agreement, Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures, and Uniform
Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures.
Please find enclosed a copy of my vita which was submitted with the
grant proposal to the Arkansas Department of Local Services and the Dallas
office of the U. S. Civil Service Commission. Since it was assumed by
those offices that I would be the project director if the grant was accepted
by the City of Fayetteville, I assume that my qualifications are endorsed
by the various reviewing authorities who are responsible for the evaluation
of the project.
I would welcome the opportunity to supply further information required
by city officials in evaluating my bid proposal.
