RESOLUTION NO. /'t 78
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR THE
PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
CENTER STREET AND EAST AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and hereby are, authorized
and directed to execute an agreement with the Fayetteville Housing
Authority for the purchase of certain property located at the
Northeast corner of Center Street and East Avenue. A copy of
said agreement, marked Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
