RESOLUTION NO. /5'-7B
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR PROJECT
B -76 -UR -05-0002 TO GUARANTEE COMPLETION OF SAID PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an amendment to the City's grant agreement
with the Department of Housing and Urban Development for
Project B -76 -UR -05-0002 to guarantee completion of said pro-
ject. A copy of said amendment marked Exhibit "A", is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
