A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH JERRY D. SWEETSER, INC. FOR THE WILSON -
NAPIER STREET WATER LINE PROJECT IN THE CITY OF GREENLAND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a contract with Jerry D. Sweetser, Inc. for
the construction of water lines along Wilson and Napier Streets
in the City of Greenland at a total contract price of $44,247.40
and for the replacement of water lines along Pollard Street and
Caldwell Street in the City of Greenland at a total contract price
of $15,520.00. A copy of said contract, marked Exhbit "A", is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
