RESOLUTION NO. //-&
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF OAK CLIFF
TO OLD MISSOURI ROAD; AND AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CITY LABOR
AND EQUIPMENT TO CONSTRUCT SAID EXTENSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the
extension of Oak Cliff to Old Missouri Road.
Section 2. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the
use of City labor and equipment to construct said extension,
provided the property owners abutting said extension contri-
bute a maximum of $6,000.00 for necessary materials and furnish
all necessary engineering for said extension.
