BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute amendments to the City's Grant Agreements with the Federal Aviation Administration for Project No. 6-05-0020-06 (to increase the obligation of the Federal Government thereunder) and for Project No. 6-05-0020-07 (to amend the project description). NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the benefits to accrue to the parties hereto, the FAA on behalf of the United States, on the one part, and the Sponsor, on the other part, do hereby mutually agree that the work description as set forth on page 1 of the said Grant Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: Relocate access road; construct T/W fillets; Phase I of: Construct terminal building. and that the maximum amount of the United States obligation as set forth on page 2 of the Grant Agreement between the United States and the Sponsor, accepted by said Sponsor on the 28th day of September, 1977, relating to Drake Field Airport, Project No. 6-05-0020-06, is hereby increased from $212,597.00 to $233,856.00.
