RESOLUTION NO. a -IS
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH H. B. JOHNSON, d/b/a JOHNSON PLUMBING,
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SEWAGE YARD LINES IN CONNECTION WITH
THE CITY'S COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Haold B. Johnson, d/b/a Johnson Plumbing,
for the installation of sewage yard lines at the following re-
sidences in connection with the City's Community Development
Program:
1310 Baldwin Avenue, 633 Lake Sequoyah Drive, 1391 Lake
Sequoyah Drive, 820 Lake Sequoyah Drive, 6136 East Huntsville
Road, 2705 Colette Avenue, 600 Stone Bridge Road, 2860 Wyman
Road.
A copy of said contract marked Exhibit "A", is attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
