RESOLUTION NO. 96,7/
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE COMMISSIONERS
OF FAYETTEVILLE STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 77-1 AND
APPOINTING ASSESSORS FOR SAID DISTRICT.
Whereas, the Commissioners of Fayetteville Street
Improvement District No. 77-1 have made due report to the
Fayetteville Board of Directors that they have qualified for
office and have organized, have formed plans for the construction
of improvements, have estimated the cost thereof, and have
recommended the appointment of assessors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the report of the Commissioners on the
plans for the improvements and the estimated cost thereof
be, and they are hereby, approved.
Section 2. That Keith L. Schultz James R.
SuU i_ , and Henry Kelly
are hereby appointed assessors to constitute a Board of
Assessment of the benefits to be received by each lot or
block, or other subdivision of land within said district by
reason of the proposed local improvement.
