A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE MODIFICATIONS OF LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH CAR RENTAL
COMPANIES LOCATED AT DRAKE FIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute modifications of lease
agreements with car rental companies located at Drake Field.
A copy of said modifications of lease agreements, marked
Exhibits 'A', 'B', and 'C' are attached hereto and made a
part hereof.

MODIFICATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT

by and between CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS„:a municipal corpor-
ation, hereinafter called "Lessor", and NATIONAL CAR RENTAL,
hereinafter called "Lessee".
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into a lease dated
July 5, 1974, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit
"A", and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into a new agreement
modifying or supplementing the provisions of said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. The lease dated July 5, 1974, between Lessor and Lessee
shall be modified effective retroactively to April 1, 1977, as
follows:
a. The sum payable under paragraph 4 for each enplaned (
passenger is modified to be $.05 per enplaned passenger per
month.
b. Paragraph 12 of said lease is modified to provide
that the tern thereof shall end March 31, 1979.
2. All provisions of the lease are incorporated herein
and are hereby modified or supplemented to conform herewith but
in all other respects are to be and shall continue in full force.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this modifi-
cation on the day and year first above written.

called "Lessee".
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into a lease dated
June 11, 1974, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit
"A", and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into a new agreement
modifying or supplementing the provisions of said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. The lease dated June 11, 1974, between Lessor and Lessee
shall be modified effective retroactively to April 1, 1977, as
follows:

INC., hereinafter called "Lessee".
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have entered into a lease dated
July 5, 1974, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit
"A", and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into a new agreement
modifying or supplementing the provisions of said lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. The lease dated July 5, 1974, between Lessor and Lessee

follows:
