RESOLUTION NO. g51-77
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING $44,184.00 FROM WATER AND SEWER
BUDGET ACCOUNT NO. 5791 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS CONTAINED IN THE CENTER SQUARE URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT.
Whereas, Ark. Stat. 19-3063.4 authorizes municipalities to
furnish financial assistance for an urban renewal project; and
Whereas, the Board of Directors has determined that the Center
Square Urban Renewal Project is in need of financial assistance to
complete construction of necessary water and sewer improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the sum of $44,184.00 be, and the same is hereby, appro-
priated from Water and Sewer Budget account no. 5791 to be trans-
ferred to the Fayetteville Housing Authority for the purpose of
completing construction of water and sewer improvements contained
in the Center Square Urban Renewal Project.
