A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO FILE AN APPLICA-
TION WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR
1978 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to file an application with the Department of Housing
and Urban Development for 1978 Community Development block grant
funds authorized under public law 93-383 with such funds to be
used to implement the Community Development Block Grant Program
for the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
