A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY AGENT ED CONNELL
TO CERTIFY THE REPORTS OF THE CITY'S REVIEW APPRAISER ON COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That City Right -of -Way Agent Ed Connell be,
and is hereby, authorized to certify the reports of the City's
Review Appraiser on Community Development Program real property
acquisitions.
•
Section 2. Said certification shall:
(a) Establish just compensation (fair market value)
for each property.
(b) Identify each property by name of owner, parcel
number or other identification.
(c) Delimits the property and the interest to be
acquired therein.
(d) Certify that the work of the appraisers and the
review appraiser with respect to each property has been
performed in a competent manner in accordance with
applicable state law, the Uniform Relocation Assistance
and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, and
Department of Housing and Urban Development Policies
and Requirements.
