A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY
DEPARTMENT TO CONDUCT A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE RELOC-
ATION OF A PORTION OF ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 265 NORTH OF
ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY 16.
WHEREAS, The Mayor Street Plan of the City of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, proposes the future relocation of a portion
of Arkansas State Highway 265 immediately North of Arkansas
State Highway 16 to bring the Highway 265 intersection West
to align with Highway 16 where said Highway turns South to
the four -lane section at the junction of Happy Hollow Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby requests the Arkansas
State Highway Department to conduct a feasibility study on
the aforesaid proposed relocation of a portion of Arkansas
State Highway 265.
