RESOLUTION NO. 13-11
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMIN-
ISTRATION TO INCREASE THE CHARGES FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT
DRAKE FIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute a supplemental agreement
with the Federal Aviation Administration to increase the
charges for custodial services at Drake Field. A copy of
said Supplemental Agreement, marked Exhibit "A", is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2
THIS UPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1f
day of (,Ovu.IAR..s, 1977, by and between THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA, hereinafter called the Government, represented by the Federal
Aviation Administration and THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, hero-
inafter called the Contractor, whose address is Post Office Drawer F,
Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701, WITNESSETH, That:
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of June, 1975, the parties hereto entered
into Contract No. DOT-FA76SW-1012, as amended by Supplemental Agreement
No. 1 dated December 15, 1975, for the considerations and purposes more
particularly stated in said contract, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a request for renegotiation to increase rate of custodial
services to cover additional costs incurred in services and trash pickup
and removal from the airport was given by letter dated August 8, 1977;
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 7 of Schedule III of said
contract, as amended; it is mutually agreed that the custodial services
rate shall be adjusted from $1.56 per square foot per annum to $2.20
per square foot per annum or an increase from $4,269.72 to $6,021.40.
NOW, THEREFORE, effective September 1, 1977, the -parties hereto
agree to amend the basic contract, as amended, in the following
particulars only, viz:
1. Change: Unit Price (Article 19 -page 1) to $2.20; Amount
(Article 20 -page 1) to $6,021.40; and Total Amount
(Article 21 -page 1) to $6,021.40; and
2. Change: Article 8 - Schedule III - Payment for Services:
to read "Payment for services rendered under this
contract shall be Six Thousand Twenty -One and 40/100
Dollars ($6,021.40) per annum. Said payment to be
made each Government quarter in arrears in the amount
of One Thousand Five Hundred Five and 35/100 Dollars

($1,505.35) upon submission of an invoice to the
address shown in Block 11, page 1."
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the contract, as amended, are
hereby ratified and except as amended hereinabove shall be and remain
the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto subscribed
their names as of the date first above written.
