RESOLUTION NO. 667-77
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THREE ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS TO CONSTITUTE A BOARD OF ASSESSMENT
FOR FAYETTEVILLE STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 76-1.
WHEREAS, the Board of Improvement of Fayetteville Street
Improvement District No. 76-1 has formed plans for the improve-
ments prayed for in the petition requesting formation of the
District; and
WHEREAS, said Board has procured estimates of the cost of
said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the following electors of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas are hereby appointed to constitute a Board of Assessment
of the benefits to be received by each lot or block, or other
subdivision of land within Fayetteville Street Improvement District
No. 76-1, by reason of the proposed local improvements: Henry
Shreve, Harold Duggar, and Jim Lindsey.
