RESOLUTION NO. 6:2-77

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A QUITCLAIM DEED TO CHARLES A. MILLER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH
OF CITY PROPERTY ON WHICH THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT IS LOCATED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed to Charles
A. Miller for property located North of city property on which
the Municipal Airport is located. A copy of said Quitclaim Deed,
marked Exhibit "A", is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
