A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
AN AMENDMENT TO THE OPTION GRANTED HACKNEY BROTHERS BODY COMPANY
TO EXTEND THE PERIOD OF THE OPTION FOR THIRTY DAYS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute an amendment to the option
granted Hackney Brothers Body Company for the purchase of property
located within the Industrial Park in order to extend the term
of said option for a period of thirty days.
