BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes the estab- lishment of a liability insurance policy for city officials and employees in accordance with the proposal attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, sponsored by Inter- national City Management Association and National League of Cities and underwritten and managed by Unimark-McDonald.
