A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO GIVE THE
NECESSARY WRITTEN NOTICE TO SUNRAY SANITATION, INC. FOR THE
CITY TO EXERCISE ITS OPTION TO RENEW THE EXISTING CONTRACT
WITH SUNRAY SANITATION, INC. FOR SANITARY LANDFILL SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to give written notice to Sunray
Sanitation, Inc. that by said notice the city exercises the
option to renew its existing sanitary landfill services con-
tract with Sunray Sanitation, Inc. dated April 12, 1976 for
a term of one year as provided in Paragraph Number 8 of said
contract.
Section 2. That the authorization granted hereby shall
be effective after April 7, 1977.
