A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAINPROCEEDINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONDEMNING NECESSARY STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE GREGG AVENUE
AND NORTH STREET/GARLAND AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney be, and he hereby is, authorized
and directed to institute eminent domain proceedings for the
purpose of condemning street right-of-way necessary for the
Gregg Avenue and North Street/Garland Avenue Improvement Projects.
A legal description of the rights-of-way authorized for con-
demnation hereby is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 5 DAY OF ALL , 1977.
