HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-77 RESOLUTION• RESOLUTION NO. 4-,174/7 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF GREGG AVENUE WITH ELM STREET. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the sale in Exhibit "A" attached hereto authorized to be made to James of the real property described and made a part hereof is hereby Kinser at a price of $3,000.00. Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a deed conveying said property to said James Kinser upon payment of the aforesaid sale price.
