A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF GREGG
AVENUE WITH ELM STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the sale
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
authorized to be made to James
of the real property described
and made a part hereof is hereby
Kinser at a price of $3,000.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a deed conveying
said property to said James Kinser upon payment of the aforesaid
sale price.

Part of Lot 1, Parkers Plat of Valley View Acres and
part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 4, Township 16 North, Range 30 West, Washing-
ton County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Starting at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Parkers Plat
of Valley View Acres; thence North 01 degrees 15' East
along the East line thereof a distance of 161.4 feet
to the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 15'
West a distance of 76 feet; thence North 11 degrees 32'
East a distance of 195.6 feet to a point; thence South
88 degrees 40' East 48.2'feet to a point; thence South
01 degrees 15' West approximately 191 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 12,632 square feet, more or less.

other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by
James Kinzer, does hereby grant, bargain and sell unto the said
James Kinzer, and unto his heirs and assigns, the following described
lands, situate in Washington County, Arkansas, towit:
Part of Lot 1, Parkers Plat of Valley View Acres and
part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 4, Township 16 North, Range 30 West, Washing-
ton County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
