A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO FILE AN APPLICATION WITH THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
AGENCY FOR A STEP ONE STUDY GRANT INCREASE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to file an application with the Environmental Protection
Agency for a Step One Study Grant Increase to conduct a sewage
system inflow -infiltration analysis.
