A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY AGENCY TO ASSIST IN THE
WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE.
The Mayor, City of Fayetteville, is authorized to enter into a
contract with the Economic Opportunity Agency to assist in the continuing
Weatherization Program of homes for low and moderate income families and
the handicapped of the City of Fayetteville. The sum of $3,000.00 will be
made available from Community Development funds (Account No. 605-7056)
for this purpose. Such funds will be used only for the purpose stated to
provide assistance for families of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
