A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A RELEASE DEED FOR CERTAIN EASEMENTS ACROSS
VILLA NORTH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute the Release Deed attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof for the
purpose of releasing the easements described therein across
Villa North Subdivision in the City of Fayetteville.

RELEASE DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That in consideration of the granting of a certain easement to the
City of Fayetteville located in the West One -Half (W 1/2) of the Northeast
Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Thirty-five
(35), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Thirty (30) West, the same being
421-423-424
recorded in Record Book 451 at Page 119- in the office of the Circuit
Clerk and Recorder of Washington County, Arkansas, the City of Fayetteville,
a municipal corporation, does hereby release and discharge unto S. B. HOLLEY
and JAMES R. OGDEN the following easements previously granted to the City of
Fayetteville located within the above described property:
An easement dated March 20, 1953, recorded in Book 451 at Page 423.
An easement dated Febivary 27, 1953, recorded in Book 451. at Page 119.
An easement dated March 5 , 1953, recorded in Book 451 at Page 421.
An easement dated March 23, 1953, recorded in Book 451 at Page 424

stated that they had executed the same in behalf of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas for the considerations and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
