DIRECTORS TO ACCEPT THE DEDICATION OF STREET RtdHT-=;;,Q,Y
SOUTH OF ZION ROAD AT SUCH TIME AS SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY IS
IMPROVED TO EXISTING CITY STREET STANDARDS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby expresses its
intention to accept the dedication of the street right-of-way
hereinafter described at such time as said right-of-way is
improved to city street standards:
Part of the W 1/2 of Section 24, Township 17 North,
Range 30 West, Washington County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as 25 feet either side of the
following described centerline: Beginning at a
point on the South Right -of -Way of Zion Road, said
point being 30 feet South of the centerline of Zion
Road and 1,965 feet North and 297 feet East of the
Southwest corner of said Section 24; thence S 19° W
205 feet.
