RESOLUTION NO S -'IT
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THREE COMMISSIONERS TO FILL
VACANCIES ON THE BOARD OF IMPROVEMENT OF SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NUMBER 1 OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, all places on the Board of Improvement of Sewer
Improvement District Number 1 of the City of Fayetteville, Ar-
kansas have become vacant; and
WHEREAS, in such instances the Board of Directors is
authorized by Ark. Stat. 20-116 to appoint new members to the
Board of Improvement; and
WHEREAS, new members need to be appointed to the Board of
Improvement of Sewer Improvement District Number 1 of the City
of Fayetteville so that said District may be dissolved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That John M. Lewis A. P. Eason, Jr.
and Marcus C. Walden , are hereby appointed as Commissioners
to constitute a Board of Improvement for Sewer Improvement District
Number 1 of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas. j (��
