JOHNSON 92,1 North Frisco Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701 NO. 3026 Remove the entire back portion of the house. Construct two new bedrooms and bath, as indicated in drawings. It will be necessary to cut into the bank that lies to the east of the house, in order to make room for the additional building depth (approx. 4 ft.). The existing trees to the east of the bank must remain, so pay close attention to the drawing indicating basic dimension this area. The new room may cover not only the addition, but the existing front portion of the house as well. Since the ceiling levels of the old and new spaces vary dramatically, it is necessary to remove the roof and ceiling joist of the front portion. The new roof and ceiling to be constructed as indicated in Section A, rectifies the difference in ceiling height. Removal of the existing root: over the front portion creates a problem in terms of weather exposure. So, the new roof must be con- structed as the old roof is removed (see drawings). In the event of rain or snow, the roof can be temporarily covered and the interior of the old portion protected. See drawings for specific materials, locations and sizes of doors and windows, overall dimensions, framing sizes, plumbing requirement locations, and typical details, etc. BID ITEMIZATION a.
