A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF APPROXIMATELY 3.75 ACRES
OF INDUSTRIAL PARK PROPERTY TO R & P ELECTROPLATING COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby approves the sale of
approximately 3.75 acres of industrial park property to R & P
Electroplating Company of Fayetteville for a purchase price
of $5,318.75. A legal description of the property authorized
for sale by this resolution is attached hereto, marked Exhibit
"A", and made a part hereof.

A part of Section 23 and 26, Township 16 North, Range
30 West, Washington County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point which is
South 211.8 feet and East 2,326.5 feet from the Southwest
corner of Section 23, said beginning point being on the
North Right -of -Way line of a public road; thence along
said Right -of -Way N 88° 02' W 100.0 feet; thence North
0° 03' E 738.6 feet; thence S 88° 02' E 340.0 feet; thence
S 0° 03' W 373.6 feet; thence N 88° 02' W 240.0 feet;
thence S 0° 03' West 365.0 feet to the point of beginning
and containing 3.76 acres, more or less.
The above tract is subject to an easement 30 feet wide,
15 feet either side of the existing 14 inch water line,
and an easement 30 feet wide, 15. feet either side of the
existing 24 inch sewer line.
WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a municipal cor-
poration, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand
paid by R & P Electroplating, Inc., does hereby grant, bargain
and sell unto the said R & P Electroplating, Inc., and unto its
heirs and assigns, the following described lands, situate in
Washington County, Arkansas, towit:
A part of Section 23 and 26, Township 16 North, Range
30 West, Washington County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point which is

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD The said lands and appurtenances thereunto
belonging unto the said R & P Electroplating, Inc., and unto its
heirs and assigns forever. And the said City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas does hereby covenant that it is lawfully seized of
said land and premises; that same is unincumbered, and it will
forever warrant and defend title to said lands against all claims
whatever.
WITNESS the hand and seal of the said City of FaXetteville,
