A RESOLUTION APPOINTING RUSSELL PURDY AND MORRIS COLLIER
AS HONORARY MEMBERS OF THE FAYETTEVILLE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That in expression to Russell Purdy and Morris Collier
for their meritorious service as Directors on the Fayetteville
Board of Directors, said Russell Purdy and Morris Collier are here-
by named honorary members of the Fayetteville Board of Directors.
Said honorary membership shall entitle Russell Purdy and Morris
Collier to harrass and criticize all future Boards at will, and
in the case of Mr. Purdy, because of his long service to the
Board, it shall entitle him to criticize indiscriminately all
future Boards which use any of that "free government money".
