A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDEMNING
STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY NECESSARY FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO STONE STREET
EAST OF SANG AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to institute condemnation proceedings against the
hereinafter named owners of property along Stone Street East
of Sang Avenue for the purpose of acquiring street right-of-way
and utility easements: Hugh Shackelford and Ray Chappell. A
legal description of the right-of-way authorized for condemnation
by this Resolution is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
