A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT AN
APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE UNDER TITLE I OF PUBLIC LAW 94-369, THE LOCAL
PUBLIC WORKS CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT PROGRAM (LPW).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, that the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to,
take the administrative actions necessary to prepare and submit applications for
Federal funds to be made available under Title I of P.L. 94-369, also known as the
Local Public Works Capital Development and Investment Program (LPW).
