A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE CONTRACTS FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT HOUSING REHABILI-
TATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute the following contracts
for Community Development Housing Rehabilitations:
Housing Site Contractor Contract Price
369 E. Center Street Maple Leaf Const. Co. $2,783.85
238 South East Maple Leaf Const. Co. 4,384.00
504 Prairie Avenue Pyramid Bldg. & Restoration 2,712.00
322 Center Street King Carrao Reconstruction 4,995.00
A copy of said contracts, marked Exhibits "A", "8", "C" and
"D", respectively, are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
