A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE "SECTION 8"
RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM FROM THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND
HOUSING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE TO THE FAYETTEVILLE
HOUSING AUTHORITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the transfer of the "Section 8" Rental Assistance
Program from the Community Development and Housing Department
of the City of Fayetteville to the Fayetteville Housing Authority
is hereby approved, conditioned upon said Housing Authority filing
an annual report of said program with the Board of Directors at
the end of each fiscal year.
