A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF A REPLAT OF PART
OF BLOCK THREE (3) OF HYLAND PARK, PHASE I.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby approves the final
plat of a replat of part of Block Three (3) of Hyland Park,
Phase I. A copy of said final plat, marked Exhibit "A", is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
