A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENT OF TRANSFERS OF REVENUE
SHARING FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby declares that the intent
of transfer of revenue sharing funds in the 1975 and 1976 revenue
sharing budgets to the general fund and to the public works fund
was for the purpose of reimbursing fire department salaries in
the case of the general fund transfer and for the purpose of street
maintenance, street construction, right-of-way acquisition, and
relocation costs in the case of the public works transfer.
